Driver Eligibility
All drivers must hold a valid driver's licence and meet the minimum age requirements specified by SeaLion Vehicle Rentals.
Vehicle Usage
Vehicles must only be driven by authorised drivers listed on the rental agreement and used in accordance with all applicable road laws and regulations.
Rental Period
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time. Additional charges may apply for late returns unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. Refuelling charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in a clean and reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning or damage may incur additional fees.
Insurance & Liability
Standard insurance coverage applies to all rentals. Customers may be responsible for excess charges or costs not covered under the insurance policy.
Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for all parking fines, toll charges, traffic infringements, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
Booking Modifications & Cancellations
Booking changes and cancellations are subject to availability and SeaLion Vehicle Rentals' cancellation policy.
Breakdown & Emergency Assistance
In the event of a breakdown or accident, customers must contact SeaLion Vehicle Rentals immediately and follow the provided assistance procedures.
